That’s why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to keep you exploring with confidence.

Returns & Exchanges Made Simple

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange. See the template below for help!
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timing & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Opened or used Audio Accessories (e.g., earphones, microphones)
  • Plugs & Connectors that show signs of use
  • Protective Covers & Cases that are no longer in new condition
  • Waterproof Cases that have been used or submerged
